Tailstock Pressure Gage -
The successful operation of a Madison face driver requires sufficient tailstock pressure to achieve adequate penetration of the drive pins. In many cases determining the exact tailstock force can be difficult and time consuming. Madison manufactures a tailstock pressure gage that can be placed between the face driver and the live center, allowing the operator to read off the gage, the exact tailstock force the machine is providing.
Drive Pin Grinding Fixture -
This easy to use fixture enables the customer to regrind pins in his own plant using a magnetic surface grinder. This fixture has the exact angles of the driving edge and can hold several drive pins at the same time so that the "sets" can be held to the same height. By utilizing this fixture, drive pins can be reground several times, saving the customer money.
